Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Edge Analytics (the "Service") at edgeanalytics.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Edge Analytics is a data and analytical tooling platform. We provide predictive model signals, positional data, heat maps, and measured projection-accuracy records across multiple sports. We do not provide gambling advice, tips, or recommendations. All information is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any wagering decisions you make.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
• You must ensure sports wagering is legal in your jurisdiction before using Edge Analytics to inform any bet.
• By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly, monthly, or yearly cycle depending on your chosen plan.
• Payment is processed by Whop (and in future, Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to their payment terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not by itself refund the current period, except as set out below.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Cooling-off period (annual plans)

New annual subscriptions and annual renewals include a 14-day cooling-off period. If you request a refund within 14 days of the charge, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method, provided you have not made substantial or repeated use of paid-tier features during that period.

Weekly and monthly plans

Weekly and monthly plans are short-commitment and are not refundable for partial or unused periods. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid further charges.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this refund policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If the Service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or, where the failure is not major, to have the problem remedied within a reasonable time.

How to request a refund

Email support@edgeanalytics.au from your account email address, including the charge date and reason. We aim to review requests within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

5. Free tier

A free tier is available with limited access to round summaries and projection accuracy records. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish Edge Analytics data or signals without written permission.
• Scrape or programmatically access the Service in a way that disrupts its operation.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• No guarantee of accuracy: model outputs are probabilistic. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Not financial or gambling advice: nothing on this platform constitutes advice to place a wager. Use of the Service does not create an advisory relationship.
• No liability for losses: Edge Analytics is not liable for any wagering losses or decisions made in reliance on information provided by the Service.
• To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

8. Intellectual property

All content, models, signals, data structures, and software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Edge Analytics. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
